Often described as the ‘Image of Paradise’, the Alpine resort town of Bled will enchant you with its emerald-green lake, fairytale-like island and imposing castle reigning on top of a rocky cliff. You will have a chance to visit the castle and to take the small boat named “pletna” to visit the small island in the middle of the lake.

Additionally, participants should be aware that the Pletna boat ride might not be available during our afternoon tours because of their winter schedule. We appreciate your understanding, we strive to provide the best experience possible regardless of the season.

Lake Bled was absolutely amazing and my group enjoyed talking with our guide Luka. The cream cake was delicious and even the beautiful photos on the internet (and now my phone) don’t compare to reality.

Views from Bled castle are impressive and the cream cake VERY filling and tasty. Not much to see or do in Bled otherwise. The boat trip seemed overpriced, so the best option seemed to be the 90 minute vwalk around the lake

This was a great tour (9/4/24 in the afternoon). The tour guide Tibor (I am sorry for misspelling) was AMAZING! Shared so many facts, anecdotes and tips about Slovenia and he was so funny! I had a smile on my face all during the mini bus ride. He was very caring and attentive to the participants! Highly recommend this trip.

An amazing trip! Tibor was an amazing guide and made the day really enjoyable. I highly recommend someone considering this trip doing the full day experience, going to the caves/castle aswell.
