Lake Bled To Ljubljana Trip

We had booked a day Trip to Soca Valley in Slovenia. Our Guide Matej was an amazing person to interact with and really had a great time with him. He made all efforts to ensure that we had a smooth trip. However, the major disappointment was regarding the ziplining activity we had booked. Though we were taken to the start point of the zipline, we weren't allowed to do the zipline. The reason stated was that we weren't experienced on it, we doubt it and found it quite unjust. We had booked this trip because it was mentioned that no prior experience was needed. The worst thing is we were just left stranded there without knowing what to do in in the scorching summer heat. Everyone else had just left. We wasted almost 2.30 hours in this and the whole point of coming to Soca valley was the zip line. Hence, we request you to clearly mention the requirement in the description for the trip, so that people are aware before booking for the trip.
