No show with no flexibility

Today was my last day in Ljubljana and the driver had a car accident. I understand these things happened and I ask if they can re-arrange the tour for the afternoon to accommodate as I leave Slovenia tomorrow. Instead, they said it's 100% not possible.
Lake Bled is the highlight of Slovenia. The flexibility of the tour operator "To Do in Slovenia" is absolutely terrible. Based on my personal experience, I would avoid booking this tour and look for the other Lake Bled tours on Viator.

We do highly recommend this tour. Despite a fairly constant hard rain, our tour guide, Tibor, managed to make the tour worthwhile. His English is flawless, he told great and informative stories and he has a great smile and a lovely sense of humor.

Tour was really good! Nice and small group and guide tailored to what we wanted to see as well. Beautiful castle and scenery around. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and kind and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name.

A fantastic tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Lake Bled is breathtakingly beautiful from all angles. Highly recommend the boat over to the island. Take swimwear in the Sumner as the water is warm and so clear.
