Natasha led us on a wonderful food tour starting outside of old town with a very original food option based on watermelons ! Then into old town for the more traditional foods and stories of her city. Definitely recommend BUT be sure to check the address in the email they sent and not the address that Viator gives you as it was not coordinated at all and led to some initial frustration racing all over to find where we were meeting Natasha . This review almost got a 1 due to this as it was not clear in the email that it would be a different location at all but we met up at the first stop and Natasha turned it around .

Nice selection of local dishes, wines and beers with an emphasis on sampling foods from different areas of the country. Alenka was a very knowledgeable and engaging guide.
A great early evening food tour

We had an excellent foodie tour with Alenka as our guide. Alenka was engaging, knowledgeable and funny! She helped our group of 3 couples get to know each other and form a simple bond over great food and wine. Each of our stops was superb. These were top notch restaurants. Not tourist traps but highly rated restaurants. And the food we had in each was superb. We also had a great selection of wine, beer and coffee. This was a fun evening - beyond our expectations.

Natasha was a fantastic guide who seemed to genuinely enjoy showing off Ljubljana and everything it had to offer. The food was terrific but the insight into local life was just as good and the small group of 6 (plus our 9-month-old baby) made it even better.
