- In the summer-time if the weather and temperature allow us, you can swim in the lake in your free time.
- In the winter time, due to unreliable schedules and weather conditions, pletna boat ride can be unavailable.
- In case you fail to provide us with a desired meeting point up until 24h before departure, your meeting point will be the City hotel (Dalmatinova 15, 1000 Ljubljana)

Very good tour and guide; poor office customer service

The morning was great- Luka our tour guide did a great job taking us to the caves and the castle. However, several days prior to our tour, we were contacted by the office to see if we wanted to extend our tour and go to Lake Bled- after we discussed it we said yes to that offer (30 minutes had passed). Then we did not hear back at all- I even reached again to confirm the trip but no response. We decided to not to go to Lake Bled the day before as planned based upon the belief that we would go with them. Then on the day of our tour, we checked with the guide- who looked into it and informed us that they could not take us. In this situation, Luka the guide was great but the tour company demonstrated poor customer service and communication leading to us not seeing Lake Bled on out trip.

I highly suggest this tour if you are on a short visit to Slovenia. It is so easy to book thru “Get your guide” App and the tour description is precise with the tour that we had. The pick up was on time and the driver ( Tour Guide ) offers all relevant information for every point of interets that we passes at. Well done and Thank you to Ziga. Dado was our tour guide and our driver. He told us all the stories and how Slovania became its own country. He was nice and brought us water for thr trip. He also gave us recommendations on restaurants and other sights to see.

I had a great day organized by "to do in Slovenia"
Micha, the guide, was full of information, helpful, professional and fun to be around with.
The trip was smoothly organized, despite the fact that if was done on a day off and loads of traffic on the road. Fresh bottle of water will be given to you at request, which is also a big plus in summer!
Also to my knowledge, this is the only tour that really include the tickets to the castle.
Highly recommend this agency to visit this beautiful country
