Overview
With Irena you will learn cooking and preparing techniques that can easily be repeated at home. This is an interactive demonstration: seafood from A to Z: preparing and filleting seabass, a secret of fish soup, preparing mussels (in season only!), seafood pasta, raw fish dishes and seabass by Irena Fonda recipe. You will learn, discover and taste an authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
What's Included
- Chilled water with/without herbs by glass, unlimited. The water is not bottled, but fresh. We have excellent quality of tap water and do not use bottled water for sustainability reason..
- All ingredients, utensils and recipes.
- Lunch/dinner, depends on when you start.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- In case of bad weather the workshop could be cancelled.

This was one of most amazing cooking workshops. They are extremely hospitable and their story is absolutely amazing. The way they genuinely care about the sea and habitat is truly remarkable- if only more people would care like that, we would create a beautiful world. Definitely recommending visiting them and learning more about and from them. Learned great new recipes, can’t wait to try them at home And fish are truly next level! Fresh and high quality!
Wonderful private cooking lesson

What a wonderful afternoon! Irena taught us how to tell if a fish at the market is really fresh, how to filet a fish, how to prepare steamed fish and vegetables and fish soup. And of course, we then sat down and enjoyed our wonderful meal (along with mussels from the fish farm, wine and a special desert)...all in a beautiful setting close to the sea. We came away with a deep appreciation for seafood and for those who make their living from the sea's bounty.

It was a lovely experience, lots of informations that i didnt know bout fish and i loved how guide talked bout her long family history in a story. Wold reccomend for peoole that enjoy learning bout sea world.
