If you are a lover of wine, visiting us is simply a must. At the Slovenian wine tasting in Hotel Triglav’s own wine cellar with a wide assortment of over 200 Slovenian wines you get to try wines from all over the country. We offer 3 different tastings each week: P i n o t N o i r on Thursdays, R e b u l a on Fridays & S l o v e n i a n W i n e on Saturdays.
Guided wine tasting will open new dimensions to your wine knowledge. You will get to hear many stories and learn how the wines pair with food. Five glasses of top wines will come accompanied by different local snacks. Sommelier Danijel Galjot and his team will be leading you through the systematized tasting with their never ending passion and mastery of wines. Let them know about your favorite foreign wine and you will be served the most similar Slovenian version. Book your ticket to Slovenian wine world & lets celebrate and appreciate wine together.

Nice variety of wines, very educational

Really enjoyed this and learned a lot. Nice variety of elegant Slovenian wines (1 sparkling, 1 white, 1 orange, 2 red). Cheese pairing was nice but would have liked a bit of meat and bread, too. Beautiful old cellar.
