Great day for everyone in our group. We took the funicular up and then also did the escape tour which all enjoyed . Gave the teens a reason to explore the castle and views.
We walked down which was steep but doable in the dry :)

The castle is nice, not spectacular. It was nice to have the funicular and we learned a bit from the audio tour. Our favorite part was the views from the tower.

Many interesting exhibitions that made this one of my favourite castles to visit. Puppet museum was a highlight as well as the 4D film about the history of the castle. A must visit if you come to Ljubljana!

Oh my! Didn’t realise there was so much to see and learn at the castle!
Got the vernacular up to the castle and walked down (very steep).
There is so much to see and do, the history is amazing and we were there for a good couple of hours and could have easily stayed longer.
Great views across the city and something for everyone within the castle.
Well worth the money!
Staff also very friendly and willing to answer any questions.
